Q. Can I track my international order?

A. Yes, on standard Regular Post for an extra cost on top of your Air Mail postage, Australia Post offers tracking for parcels up to 2kg to 11 countries: USA, UK, NZ, China, Canada, Malaysia, Spain, Israel, Singapore, Germany and Ireland. Please email us when you place your order, to let us know if you would like this option and we can organise this for you.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. We do. Postage will be calculated at checkout, and further charges may apply. For overseas normally allow 7-14 days, maybe longer dependant on holiday seasons of your region. New Zealand orders will generally arrive in 7-14 days. International orders will vary due to the destination and the customs regulations. They usually take between 7-21 days to arrive. The actual shipping is usually no more than 7 days but depending on the country, customs clearance may take over a week.

Q. How long will my order take?

A. Most orders are shipped from our dispatch centre within one to two business days, however please allow up to 2-5 days. We ship by Australia Post eParcel; the delivery time will vary depending on your location. Please allow extra time for Australia post to deliver your parcel at busy times like Christmas and Easter.

Q. How much does shipping cost?

A. Within Australia Orders within Australia $9.95 (express post), $11.50 (registered post). For International Shipping Rates up to 2KG - (regular) NZ for $45 / Asia $50 / US & Canada $65 / UK & Europe $80

Q. I have a deadline – how quick can I get my order?

A. If you have a deadline or a special event, you will need to contact us to organise the available options for the order to be delivered quicker. There could be limitations to size and weight of items for this service to be provided and organised.

Q. What happens to 'return to sender' parcels?

A. Please take care to enter the correct address details when you order. If a parcel comes back to us marked 'return to sender' there is a $25 re-posting fee to send it to you again.

Q. What shipping options do you offer?

A. We offer Standard Express Post, Registered Post Australia wide.

Q. Who do you use for freight?

A. We use the Australia Post eParcel System and recommend the use of their Tracking System so you know where your parcel is anytime you want. The email address entered when you place an order will receive an email with details of your Tracking Number and allows you to track your items once they have been dispatched.
